Lisa is a professional wordsmith and mom to the happiest kid on the planet. Spare time (hahaha) is given to various crafty or creative pursuits, none of which she can sustain or will make her famous. She must have a screechy voice because she’s never been invited onto the podcast.

Lisa has degrees in writing/rhetoric and journalism and would love to tell you all about the difference between “affect” and “effect” or where to put your commas … but you probably don’t care, which is OK because it provides her with job security. She hopes that her son has inherited her good spelling gene.
