Steve Lee has been a master geek of science fiction for as long as he can remember. His earliest sci-fi memories: moon landings and the Thunderbirds on a giant console TV, and seeing the moons of Jupiter and the rings of Saturn through my brother’s Edmund Scientific telescope.

Later, he became a semi-pro sci-fi model maker, which makes him geek to the power of geek.  His favoritest sci-fi models are robots, but he have a soft spot for any of the spaceships of Star Wars.

Signature sci-fi geek moment:  being asked not to display his G’Kar standee in his cubicle in a government agency. The Dewback lizard and desert stormtroopers were allowed to stay, however.

Steve’s favorite science fiction television shows: Battlestar Galactica (current), Babylon 5,  Avatar: The Last Airbender, and Star Trek: the Next Generation.  He also enjoys a little anime, such as Patlabor, Gasaraki, andAppleseed, but overall he likes to make models of anime robots more than he likes watching them.
