I thought the scene in Children of Earth where the British big-wigs decide how to select the children was one of the best scenes of television I’ve ever seen. Then at the end of Day 5 there’s just soldiers going around grabbing every child they can find like they’re henchmen for a bond villain. I think everything got kinda nuts at the end.

Great discussion guys.
A couple of things. I thought Jack’s daughter and the grandson were complete and total plot devices. The daughter to say you need Jack Harkness and the grandson to get kill off. I think they needed to explain a little more about why the grandson needed to get killed off.
I was also was ticked that Ianto got killed off.
But I will say I enjoyed it. And I’d watch if it came back.
